About TransExperiences
TransExperiences is a public archive of qualitative health research, preserving the personal stories and experiences of trans and gender-diverse young people and their families.
Why this archive exists
When the original websites hosting this research were decommissioned, this archive was created to ensure the research remained publicly accessible. The people who shared their stories did so to help others — patients, families, carers, and health professionals — understand what it is really like to live with these experiences.
Their contributions are too valuable to lose.
